Palacios Alimentación buys out the Dealsa frozen pizza business

Palacios Alimentación, a company in which Talde has a stake, has entered the frozen pizza business due to its buying out one of the plants belonging to Desarrollos Alimentarios (Dealsa). In this plant every year 3,000 tons of frozen products are produced (frozen pizzas, pizza bases and balls of pizza dough).

This way, the Palacios Group, which last June had already stated its intention to disembark in the frozen pizza business, expands its activity towards the pre-packed and hotel, restaurant and cafeteria channels.

This buy out operation has been performed through the new subsidiary of the Palacios Foods Business Group, Pizzas Guadalajara, launched last March.
