Talde Private Equity and the founding partners of Engineered Fire Piping (“Fire Piping”) have completed the sale of a majority stake in the company to Kartesia, a pan-European investment firm specializing in the middle market, which becomes the company’s new majority shareholder.

The founding partners have reinvested in the company and will continue to lead its next phase of development. Talde’s divestment from Fire Piping follows the successful completion of a phase focused on consolidation and diversification.

Since Talde invested in the company in 2020, Fire Piping has implemented a growth strategy focused on international expansion, investment in additional manufacturing capacity, and the development of new products and applications.

During this period, the company has expanded its presence from 31 to more than 40 countries, with approximately 60% of its sales now generated outside Spain, and has doubled its workforce to more than 200 employees. In 2026, the company expects to generate approximately €70 million in revenue.

Founded in 2011 and headquartered in Yuncos (Toledo), Fire Piping has established itself as a European leader in the manufacture of prefabricated piping for fire protection systems, with a business model based on customized engineering and robotic manufacturing.

For this transaction, Talde and Fire Piping’s founding partners received financial advisory services from Alantra and legal advisory services from Barrilero.
