- Last 27th June, the Company held its General Meeting on its 49th anniversary, thus celebrating almost half a century of business history.
- The General Meeting was attended by more than 81.58% of the share capital. During the meeting, the main milestones reached in the year were presented as well as a detailed analysis covering the evolution of the company and the sectoral environment over the last year.
Talde Promoción y Desarrollo S.C.R., S.A. closed the financial year 2024 with a result of 30.5 million euros, which represents a significant increase compared to the previous year, which result was around 5.5 million euros. This development reflects a substantial improvement in the return on its investments and in the generation of value for its shareholders.
Consequent to the result obtained in fiscal year 2024, an interim dividend of 2 euros per share was paid.
The General Meeting of Shareholders approved the following proposal for the distribution of the result: to transfer 10% of the profit to the Legal Reserve, in compliance with the applicable regulations, to apply the interim dividend previously paid, to authorize the distribution of a final dividend of 0.5 euros per share and to allocate the remainder to Voluntary Reserves, in order to continue strengthening the company's equity position.
Talde has historically maintained a generalist investment approach, participating in companies from different sectors, both industrial and services.
Currently, its portfolio includes 13 companies belonging to various fields, with a special presence in sectors such as Technology, Logistics, Health and Food, among others.
In the private equity area, the company participates in several funds managed by its Management Company, including its participation in Talde Capital Crecimiento, P.E.F.. and Talde Capital Crecimiento II, P.E.F.. This participation allows it to maintain an indirect equity exposure in the companies that make up the portfolios of both vehicles.
In addition, the possibility of a new interim dividend out of the profit for the year 2025 was reported, depending on the future development of the business and its results.
